Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
  • Teriyaki: 1/4 cup soy sauce + 2 tbsp mirin + 2 tbsp honey + 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Pickled ginger, sesame seeds, scallions

Method

  1. Sear salmon skin-side up 3 min. Flip.

  2. Pour teriyaki sauce into pan. Simmer 3 min, basting salmon.

  3. Build bowls: rice, salmon, edamame, avocado, pickled ginger.

  4. Drizzle remaining sauce. Top with sesame seeds and scallions.
