Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
- Teriyaki: 1/4 cup soy sauce + 2 tbsp mirin + 2 tbsp honey + 1 tsp ginger
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup edamame, shelled
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Pickled ginger, sesame seeds, scallions
Method

Sear salmon skin-side up 3 min. Flip.

Pour teriyaki sauce into pan. Simmer 3 min, basting salmon.

Build bowls: rice, salmon, edamame, avocado, pickled ginger.
