Ingredients
- 3 cups day-old rice
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek (chili paste)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 shallots, sliced
- 2 eggs
- Cucumber, tomato, fried shallots for garnish
Method

Fry shallots and garlic in oil 1 min. Add chicken, 1 min.

Add rice, press flat, sear 1 min, toss. Repeat.

Add kecap manis, soy sauce, sambal. Toss until evenly coated.

Fry eggs sunny-side up. Serve rice topped with egg, cucumber, tomato, fried shallots.
