Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets, 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place cod on parchment-lined sheet pan. Drizzle with oil, lemon, garlic, dill, salt, pepper.

  3. Bake 15–18 min until fish flakes.

What You're Practicing

  • Cod is thicker than tilapia so it takes a few minutes longer.
  • Fresh dill makes a huge difference over dried here.
