- 4 cod fillets, 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt, pepper

Place cod on parchment-lined sheet pan. Drizzle with oil, lemon, garlic, dill, salt, pepper.
