- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- Scallions, sesame seeds, sriracha
