  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • Scallions, sesame seeds, sriracha

Method

  1. Brown chicken in oil 5 min, breaking into small pieces.

  2. Add water chestnuts, garlic, ginger. Cook 1 min.

  3. Add soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, sesame oil. Toss 1 min.

  4. Spoon into lettuce cups. Top with scallions, sesame seeds, sriracha.
