Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Red pepper flakes

Method

  1. Toss broccoli with oil, salt, pepper. Single layer on sheet pan.

  2. Roast 425°F for 20 min until edges are crispy and browned.

  3. Toss with Parmesan, lemon zest, pepper flakes.
