Restaurant Recreations
Every so often a dish stops you mid-bite — the kind you think about on the drive home. This is where we chase that feeling into our own kitchen: standout plates from restaurants we love, reverse-engineered into recipes you can actually cook, with the technique that makes each one sing.
These are homages, not knock-offs. We don't have the chef's recipe and we'd never claim to — we taste, we study, and we rebuild a home version from scratch. The credit belongs to the original kitchens, and nothing here replaces a seat at their table. If a recreation makes you hungry, go give them your business.
