Mit Samui Recreations

Mit Samui is a neighborhood restaurant on Koh Samui serving the full range of Thai home cooking — wok-fried noodles, coconut curries, grilled meats, and seafood pulled from the Gulf of Thailand that morning. We visited in September 2026 and came home with a menu full of dishes we wanted to recreate.
