- 4 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber, chunked
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 4 oz feta cheese, sliced into a slab
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- Dried oregano
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt
Method
