Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin or chicken thighs, sliced thin
- Marinade: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 garlic cloves
- 4 French baguette sections, split
- Quick pickles: julienned carrot and daikon in rice vinegar + sugar + salt
- Cilantro, jalapeño slices, mayo, sriracha
