Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Teriyaki: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp sake, 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- Sesame seeds, scallions, rice
Method

Sear salmon skin-side up 3 min. Flip.

Pour teriyaki sauce into pan. Simmer 3 min, basting salmon as sauce thickens into a glaze.

Serve over rice. Spoon remaining glaze over. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
