- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- Toppings: avocado, cucumber, edamame, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, scallions, sriracha mayo
