Ingredients

  • 12 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • Toppings: avocado, cucumber, edamame, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, scallions, sriracha mayo

Method

  1. Toss tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger. Marinate 10 min.
