Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- Seasoning: 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt, pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- Warm tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, salsa
Method

Toss chicken with seasoning and half the lime juice.

Sear chicken in hot skillet 4 min per side. Remove.

Sauté peppers and onions 4 min until charred but still crisp.

Return chicken. Squeeze remaining lime. Serve in warm tortillas with toppings.
