Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 2 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Seasoning: 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt, pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Warm tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, salsa

Method

  1. Toss chicken with seasoning and half the lime juice.

  2. Sear chicken in hot skillet 4 min per side. Remove.

  3. Sauté peppers and onions 4 min until charred but still crisp.

  4. Return chicken. Squeeze remaining lime. Serve in warm tortillas with toppings.
