Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • Dry rub: 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp cumin, salt, pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Method

  1. Remove membrane from back of ribs. Rub generously with spice mix.

  2. Wrap tightly in foil. Bake 275°F for 2.5 hours.

  3. Unwrap. Brush with BBQ sauce. Broil 3–5 min until sticky and caramelized.
