Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- Dry rub: 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp cumin, salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Method

Remove membrane from back of ribs (essential — it''s tough and chewy).

Rub generously with spice mix. Wrap tightly in foil.

Bake 275°F for 2.5 hours (low and slow in foil = steam tender).

Unwrap. Brush with BBQ sauce. Broil 3-5 min until sticky and caramelized.
