Marinated pork skewers with tzatziki, tomato, onion, and warm pita.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1" cubes
- Marinade: 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp oregano, 3 garlic cloves, salt, pepper
- Tzatziki: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber grated and squeezed, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp lemon juice, dill
- Warm pita, tomato, red onion, fries (optional)
Method

Marinate pork 1 hour (or overnight). Thread onto skewers.

Grill over high heat 3-4 min per side until charred.

Make tzatziki: combine all ingredients.

Serve in warm pita with tzatziki, tomato, onion. Fries on the side (or inside the pita — the Greek way).
