Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt

Method

  1. Melt butter over medium-high. Add shrimp, cook 1.5 min per side until pink. Remove.

  2. Add garlic, 30 sec. Return shrimp. Add lemon juice, Parmesan, pepper flakes.

  3. Toss to coat. Garnish with parsley.
