Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt, pepper, pinch of allspice
- Butter for frying
- Serve with: boiled potatoes, red cabbage, gravy
Method

Mix pork, onion, egg, flour, milk, salt, pepper, allspice until smooth and slightly sticky.

Form into oval patties using two spoons (traditional shape).
