Garlic Naan

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp melted ghee or butter + more for brushing
- 1 egg
- Topping: Melted butter + 2 minced garlic cloves + cilantro + flaky salt
Method
- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Add milk, yogurt, ghee, and egg. Knead 6 min until soft and slightly tacky.
- Cover, rise 1 hour.
- Divide into 8 balls. Roll into ovals, 1/4" thick.
- Heat cast iron skillet over high heat. Cook naan 1.5 min until bubbles form and bottom is charred. Flip, cook 1 min.
- Brush immediately with garlic butter, sprinkle cilantro and flaky salt.
