Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, salsa, cilantro, lime

Method

  1. Brown beef with onion 5 min. Drain excess fat.

  2. Add garlic and all spices, stir 1 min.

  3. Add water. Simmer 5 min until thickened.

  4. Serve in shells with toppings.
