Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs flank or skirt steak
- Marinade: 1/4 cup lime juice, 2 tbsp oil, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tsp cumin, salt, pepper
- 12 small corn tortillas
- Diced white onion, fresh cilantro, lime wedges
- Salsa verde or salsa roja
Method
