- 1.5 lbs Italian sausage links (sweet or hot)
- 3 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken stock
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Italian rolls for serving
Method

Brown sausages in oil 4 min per side. Remove.

Sauté peppers and onions 6 min until softened. Add garlic, 1 min.

Add wine, scrape fond. Return sausages. Cover, simmer 10 min until sausages are cooked through.

Serve on Italian rolls or over polenta.
