Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs green beans, trimmed, blanched 3 min and shocked
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1.5 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt, pepper
- Crispy fried onions (store-bought or homemade)
Method

Sauté mushrooms in butter 5 min until golden. Add flour, stir 1 min (blond roux).

Gradually whisk in stock. Add cream and soy sauce. Simmer 5 min until thickened.

Fold in blanched green beans. Transfer to a baking dish.

Top with crispy fried onions.

Bake 375°F for 20 min until bubbling.
