- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup beef stock
- Salt, pepper
- Toppings: sour cream, cheddar, scallions
Method

Brown beef in a Dutch oven, breaking into pieces. Drain excess fat.

Add onion, cook 4 min. Add garlic and spices, stir 1 min.

Add tomatoes, beans, stock. Simmer 40 min.
