Coconut Rice
Fragrant, slightly sweet rice cooked in coconut milk.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups jasmine rice, rinsed
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
Method

Combine: Combine rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and sugar in a pot.

Bring: Bring to a boil, stir once, reduce to lowest heat, cover.

Cook: Cook 15 min. Rest 10 min covered. Fluff.
What You're Practicing
- Same absorption method as plain rice, but coconut milk replaces most of the water.
